I've only just started playing through OoT:MQ and it's pretty awesome.
Master Quest is for people (like me) who've played OoT too many times, but still want to play it again. The only changes are in the dungeons, but boy are they harder. I've only played the first two, but I particularly enjoyed Dodongo's Cavern where the entire level is effectively run backwards, and I'm sure I will enjoy the other levels equally and give a full rundown on how they fair with respect to the originial.
Having said that, as far as I am aware (and from what I've read) there are no(/hardly any) non-dungeon changes, so I don't think I'll be replaying OoT proper.
A lot of people name OoT as the best 3D Zelda game, or the best in general, I certainly agree that it was pretty awesome (though not necessarily the best.) How it, and now MQ, will fair in the final run-down once I've played everything, I don't know.

I love Zelda. It is by far my favourite series and encompasses many of my favourite games, probably my favourite of all.
I can't quite remember when I started, but it was back in the days of Ocarina of Time. I played it at my friend's house after-school because I had nothing better to do, and remember distinctly leaving one time as one of them was getting the Ocarina of Time and really wanting to stay and see what happened.
It was OoT that made me get a 64.
It was about the same time that I played Link's Awakening (DX) on another friend's game-boy colour and I didn't really associate the two games (the 3D one was so different from the 2D) but I loved them both.
I got Majora's Mask as a birthday present shortly after release and loved it more than OoT, and I still regard it as my favourite game of the series (I wonder if that will change when I replay it.)
I've also played A Link to the Past on my dad's computer when I went round to his house, and emulated the Oracle games for myself.
It was many years later (well, many for my life, but probably only about 5 or so) before I got Twilight Princess, and boy was that amazing (I had missed Wind Waker unfortunately.) I finished that game 3 times in about as many months and haven't really had much Zelda since.
But now I'm back and wanting to play all of them. It's surprising to me, considering myself a great Zelda fan, that I've probably only played about half of the games. Well, I think I should rectify that.
I'll probably replay them in semi-release order. But might jump around a bit if I get too excited (really want to start Wind Waker.)
I don't know if I'll do Ocarina again. I have finished that so many times, but I will definitely at least do Master Quest.
Now then, that's enough introduction. ONTO ZELDA!!
